Manchester United have reportedly finally reached total agreement to offload Old Trafford outcast Jadon Sancho!

According to Fabrizio Romano, United have agreed a deal for Sancho to join his former club Borussia Dortmund.

It is believed that the move will be a loan move until the end of the season and no buy option has been included in the contract.

The winger is expected to travel to Germany for his medical tests on Wendesday, where BVB are set to cover part of his salary in a €4 million (R81 package.

The move is set to bring an end to a terrible four months for the player, as he was frozen out of the United first-team following a public fallout with the manaer Erik ten Hag.

In September 2023, the Dutch boss accused the Englishman of training poorly and that he had to drop him for a game against Arsenal as a result.

Sancho immediately hit back via X, formerly known as Twitter, claiming that he was being used a "scapegoat" by the coach.

Ten Hag then banished the player, forcing him to train individually in the company of dedicated trainers until he made a public apology. The 23-year-old refused to apologise, resulting in his extended stay on the sidelines.

The Manchester City academy star, who has only made three appearances this season, joined the Red Devils in July 2021 in a deal worth €85 million (R1.7 million).

Many have since labelled the move a failure, as the attacker has only registered 12 goals in 82 matches since then, according to Transfermarkt.

He is expected to return to Manchester at the end of the season amid the recent arrival of British billionaire Sir. Jim Ratcliffe, who bought a 25% stake into the club.

The INEOS owner will be in charge of all sporting operations and his team of decision-makers will decide on Sancho's future next term.
