It has been reported that Barcelona legend Sergio Busquets has made a big decision on his future at the Catalan giants.

Ex-Barca Star: Xavi Didn't Believe In Me

According to Spanish publication Sport, the veteran midfielder has decided he will leave the Blaugrana at the end of the campaign.

It is suggested that the 34-year-old has made up his mind and cannot be persuaded to go back on his decision, with the player set to call time on a long and successful career as an integral part of the side's midfield.

Busquets was promoted to Barca's first team in 2008 upon the appointment of manager Pep Guardiola, who had spent time with the Spaniard during the 2007/08 season while in charge of the club's B team.

Since then, Busquets has become widely recognised as one of the world's all-time great defensive midfielders for his unique style of play and consistency over the years.

He has represented Barca on 684 occasions and claimed a staggering 30 trophies, including eight LaLiga titles and three UEFA Champions Leagues.

The publication goes on to claim that Busquets will take his career to David Beckham's Inter Miami in the MLS, with a contract with the club from the US almost agreed.
