As Peter explains in today's episode, players' wages and signing bonuses are huge factors in the downfall of clubs' finances.

The amount of money received from TV revenue, the PSL and match tickets do not compensate the amount of money spent by the clubs and thus forcing owners to use their own money to keep their clubs running.
