Kaizer Chiefs have been hitting the news headlines in recent weeks, for a few different reasons; but all relating to a possible rebuild after a few disappointing seasons. It all started with Arthur Zwane being appointed as permanent coach and Dillon Sheppard as assistant. Then the mass exodus came along which saw chiefs get rid of a whopping eleven players, opening up squad space for new recruits. So far the transfer window has treated the Glamour Boys well after Dillan Solomons was announced as a Chiefs player; the fifth new player to the team. Zwane is a big talking point and high hopes have been placed on the former Chiefs star because he knows the culture and what is expected of players and Sheppard isn’t far behind.

AmaZulu have been in the transfer news as well after announcing a few massive signings. Gabadinho Mhango from Pirates and Zuma from Chiefs to name a few, to put it bluntly, AmaZulu means business this year!
