Bayern and breaking records go hand in hand, and it seems to be a story we've seen countless times in recent years.
This past weekend saw the reigning Bundesliga champions rewrite history yet again after their 4-1 landslide win over Hertha BSC, which ensured that the Bavarians have now scored 65 goals in just 20 matches, the most goals at this stage of the league campaign for any team.
Ironically, Lewandowski was missing from the scoresheet against the side from the capital. However, Thomas Muller netted his 135th Bundesliga goal during the match.
According to DW Sports correspondent and German football expert Kres Harrington's calculations, if Bayern continue this goalscoring form, they could reach more than a century of goals by the end of the season!
