Mali booked their place in their first ever U17 WC final by beating Belgium 3-1 in the early kickoff last night, while Nigeria managed to fight back from being a goal down to beat Mexico 4-2.
This year's game will be the first time since 1993 that an all-African U17 WC final will take place, with Nigeria also being involved in that year as they beat Ghana to lift the trophy.
It's been an incredibly solid tournament for the Nigerians, who have looked dominant since the start of the competition, and they have now booked their place in their eighth U17 WC final and are vying for their fifth title.
Meanwhile, the Golden Eaglet's prolific striker, Victor Osimhen, could be set for a record breaking tournament, needing just one goal in the final to set a new record for having scored the most goals in a single tournament. He scored his ninth last night, bringing him level with Florent Sinama-Pongolle (2001) and Souleymane Coulibaly (2011).
