“Gl17 Has Lost His Place In Naturena” – Reader’s Voice
George Lebese is currently going through a difficult spell at Naturena, after enjoying a great run under coach Steve Komphela last season.
But, unfortunately, the same can't be said this season as the 26-year-old is struggling to compete against the likes of Edmore Chirambadare, William Twala and Joseph Malongoane.
Despite being a fan favourite, Lebese has turned into a struggling player, and his latest appearance was when he was introduced as a substitute on Saturday against Baroka. In that performance, he failed to impress.
Perhaps, Lebese needs more game time to overcome the rustiness he's experiencing, although, again, it won't be easy for him to get much as, at this time of the season, no coach would risk losing points. Therefore, Lebese should find his feet in training sessions.
Having said that, what do you think went wrong with Lebese and what should he do to regain his confidence?
