Kaizer Chiefs target, Knowledge Musona, has begun training with Spanish side, Granada, with Spanish media revealing that he will be spending time with them this week.
According to reports in Ideal, the Zimbabwean began training with Granada CF’s B team earlier today, and will join up with the first team at a later stage.
While there has been no confirmation over Musona’s future, the Siya crew has been led to believe that Chiefs are still winning the race to land his signature, and that training with Granada is possibly a way of keeping up his fitness levels.
However, the news of the 24-year-old’s emergence at Granada will no doubt worry the Amakhosi who are hopeful that he will be donning the gold and black of Chiefs in the 2014/15 season.
The crew will continue to monitor Musona’s situation at the Spanish outfit, though Chiefs are still confident of getting their man by the time the transfer window closes at the end of the month.
