Former Baroka FC midfielder, Collins Makgaka, has been identified as a potential signing for Orlando Pirates.
Makgaka parted ways with Bakgaga last month following a successful five-year spell with the Limpopo-based outfit, and now the Buccaneers are believed to be closing in on a deal to bring him to the club for next season, as reported in edition 1184 of Soccer Laduma.

Sources in the know have confirmed that negotiations are ongoing for Makgaka to be added to coach Josef Zinnbauer’s squad for next season if all goes according to plan in the negotiations, although at this stage Pirates and the player’s representativeshaves have not officially commented about their talks.

Makgaka, 24, helped Baroka win promotion to the Absa Premiership in his first season, while he also contributed to their historic 2018 Telkom Knockout triumph, which they sealed through beating Pirates in the final.
“The parties are in advanced negotiations for Collins Makgaka to join Orlando Pirates,” confirmed the source.
Makgaka made 13 appearances in the league for Baroka this season, before his depature after his contract expired.
