It hasn’t been an easy year for Bafana Bafana star, Keagan Dolly, but 2019 could end on a high for the attacker after he was brought back into the squad for tonight’s game.
The 26-year-old has endured a 2019 where injuries have not been kind to him, and he was dealt another blow in October when he picked up a knock on international duty that meant another spell on the sidelines.
Now though, having worked hard to get himself back in contention, the former Mamelodi Sundowns man is part of the Montpellier matchday squad that will face Dijon tonight as he looks to make his comeback in Ligue 1.
Dolly last played for the French club back in September before he suffered his latest setback, and is likely to only get his chance from the bench this evening as Michel Der Zakarian seeks to ease him back in.
Montpellier are having a solid 2019/20 campaign so far as they make a push for the European places this season, and a win over Dijon tonight could see them go as high as third – which is a UEFA Champions League qualifying spot.
