Agent: Why Bucs Star Would Need To Apologise To Middendorp

Orlando Pirates defender Justice Chabalala will owe Kaizer Chiefs coach Ernst Middendorp an apology after making a decision on his future, according to the player's agent.

Chabalala is set to finish the 2019/20 season with Bloemfontein Celtic who he joined on loan from the Buccaneers, after itching for game-time in January.

After impressive performances for the Mangaung outfit, his representative Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi of Rush Hour Sports Management, has revealed to the Siya crew that the defender is not short of suitors, including Pirates' archrivals, Kaizer Chiefs.

No less than six Absa Premiership clubs have shown interest but the defender only has one team on his mind.

“For us the first, second and third options are Orlando Pirates, he still has a contract there that runs for another year. We have unfinished business with Pirates. I know when he goes back that he will play regularly it’s up to Pirates to decide. Even if they offer us a new contract we will sign it, without wasting time, we will have to apologise to Middendorp and the others. 

“Teams like Kaizer Chiefs, Black Leopards, Cape Town City, Baroka FC, Highlands Park and Bloemfontein Celtic have all shown interest in his services. 

“Justice is a very good player and an excellent defender and he is a fighter, who takes my advice. The player never lost his discipline when he was not playing at Pirates and remained professional. I told him to play every game at Celtic like it’s his last, that’s why he attracted so much interest,” Mulovhedzi said.
