Golden Arrows will aim to maintain their unbeaten run against Orlando Pirates in their upcoming match on Wednesday, with the KwaZulu-Natal outfit oozing with confidence from their previous match.
Abafana Bes’thende come from a 1-0 win over Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila on the weekend and remain unbeaten in the DStv Premiership after 10 matches, while Pirates are coming from a disappointing 2-0 loss against Black Leopards.

Arrows coach, Mandla Ncikazi, says he is not sure of what to expect from the Buccaneers as they can change their formation and players unexpectedly.
“Tough match, tough opponents, Pirates is a good team, a good playing team. Maybe let’s not read anything from the previous result, just remember the positives. The only threat with them is that they can change their formation many times in one match and also the personnel. So, I’m not sure what will happen after the loss, whether they will change personnel, whether they will change the formation,” said Ncikazi, speaking to the media.

“But with Pirates just expect a tough match irrespective of what happens with them. But mainly I focus more on our team. We prepared to defend well, and if we defend well and use the ball well (and) come out cleanly in the attack, we’re going to get a positive result. I’m confident based on what I’ve seen thus far in our team,” the coach added.
