One of Mamelodi Sundowns’ wingers seems well on his way to making a return, with the Brazilians revealing that he has travelled with the squad to Angola.
Anthony Laffor has been ruled out with injury since the beginning of the 2019/20 campaign, although it seems that the player has now fully recovered.

Sundowns revealed on their official Twitter account that both Laffor and Ricardo Nascimento are working hard on their fitness in Angola, which means that Liberian has been given the green light to return to action, while Nascimento has already featured on the bench for Pitso Mosimane in his side’s past two fixtures.
The Brazilians will lock horns with Petro de Luanda in the second last CAF Champions League group stage fixture on Saturday, where they will thereafter return to Mzansi to welcome Wydad Casablanca on February 01.
Sundowns will be hopeful to have a full strength squad for both fixtures, although, Thapelo Morena, Rivaldo Coetzee, Oupa Manyisa and Mauricio Affonso are all still nursing injuries.
However, on the plus side, it remains to be seen whether both Nascimento and Laffor will be given a chance to feature for the Brazilians this weekend.
