Six goals in 28 games and a lengthy spell on the sidelines was the story of Togolese striker Camaldine Abraw’s stay with Kaizer Chiefs. However, was his stay with Amakhosi a hit or a miss?
Roped in during Steve Komphela’s tenure at Naturena, Abraw was brought in after showing some impressive signs for Free State Stars.
Fans were skeptical about the burly striker who had spent much of his earlier career as a nomad in the French lower leagues.

Just a few months into his stay, the 29-year-old suffered a serious knee injury that required surgery. Abraw was substantially ahead of schedule with regard to his recovery - having originally been ruled out for nine months.
His injury-stricken spell with Amakhosi saw him exit Naturena where he spent a short loan spell with AmaZulu.
Since leaving Chiefs, he has spent time with five clubs and currently finds himself on the books of third division French side FC Ouest Tourangeau.
