With there being a continuous call to stamp racism out of the beautiful game, Manchester United and France international Anthony Martial recently showcased his unique anti-racism Nike Mercurial boots. Check it out!
In what may come as a surprise to many, the former AS Monaco striker has been without a boot sponsor this year, and has been seen playing in black Nike and PUMA boots this season.
Nonetheless, his latest pair has a special meaning behind them, with the forward making his stance on stamping racism out of the game clear for all to see. His Nike Mercurial Vapor 13 boots sport an almost-all-black design with a few "fist" emojis printed on it in different skin tones.
The fist image has been a constant symbol used in the Black Lives Matter movement, which football federations around the world began partaking in this year.
