As a relentless goalscorer on the pitch, Cristiano Ronaldo is a hard worker off the field as well. That said, we look at how the Juventus star secured the bag on numerous occasions this past season.
According to Ronaldo's Forbes magazine profile, the Portuguese star raked in some $105 million (R1.7 billion) from salaries, winnings and endorsements in the past year.
In June 2020, it was reported by Forbes that Ronaldo became the first footballer in history to earn $1 billion (R16.6 billion) across his playing career. It's clear to see that "CR7" is a well-paid individual, but that hasn't stopped the former Real Madrid man from expanding his empire.
Earlier this year, Ronaldo launched a virtual gym called "CR7 Fitness By Crunch", a platform through which he shares some of his exercise secrets with his legions of fans.
While adding more catalogues to his CR7 Clothing brand, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner recently launched a new swanky eyewear range. Ronaldo also dived into the world of cosmetics and, last month, introduced his latest "Game On" cologne selection.
