Kaizer Chiefs head coach, Steve Komphela has hailed his side's second half display as inspiring, following their 3-0 win over Platinum Stars.
Chiefs secured their spot in the quarterfinals with an impressive display at the Moruleng Stadium, which also ended their winless run.
The AmaKhosi head coach was also pleased to see his side score at critical stages in the game.
"It's about experience, one had been screaming to say use your experience, you are in control of the match, state of the match says you are playing for time, they are playing for a goal," Mosimane said after the game
"We scored at critical phases, the first goal in the first half came at the end which gave us a lift.
"The performance in the second half was very inspiring, very tactical, we knew went to sit and when to come out and the combination of the third goal was just that.
"It's beautiful to see players being brought in and scoring, Siphelele with a beautiful goal, Jabu had done a lot of work, Camaldine and Parker as well.
Komphela also responded to the fans, who want to certain players get game time.
"We understand full when they (supporters) demand certain players because they know they have signed 32 quality players and we as coach say, when you put us under pressure, demanding a particular player, because we know you got more than 11 but we can only play 11," he added.
