Struggled defensively and was often drawn inside by Tshabalala, which allowed Gaxa a lot of time space. However, he did pick up the assist for Masina's goal.

Tshidiso Tukane: 6.5

Proved one of Aces' liveliest players on the night, he gave Masilela a tough time in the opening exchanges, although he squandered a great chance just before the halftime break.

Replaced the in-effective Manyama and added a bit more balance to the side, although he only had a bigger influence in the final stages of the second half.

Certainly impressed on both ends of the field, he was a constant threat going forward, while he did well to keep Moseamedi quiet down the flank.

Ivan Bukenya: 6

Certainly held his own alongside Mathoho in the heart of the defence and certainly won his individual battle with Mbesuma.

Got off to the perfect start by scoring with a wonderful strike in the second minute, he was a constant threat in the final third and was unlucky not to add to his tally in the second half.
