Mamelodi Sundowns have been drawn against Free State Stars in the Telkom Knockout quarter-finals and coach Pitso Mosimane believes it’s a fair draw for his team.
The outspoken coach told the Siya crew that he could not have asked for a better game than against Free State Stars.
“They have a great coach who does a lot of research on the teams he plays against. He knows on how to plan against the opposition and we are aware of their good form,” said Mosimane following the draw.
“The good thing is that we will be playing against them after playing a league game against Polokwane City. Obviously it’s a fair draw and it’s always hard playing against Stars at their own backyard, but for us we always enjoy our game in Free State despite the warm weather and other conditions.
“It’s a fair draw and I am happy with it,” Mosimane explained.
