Orlando Pirates will want to protect and maintain their impressive 10-match run against Kaizer Chiefs when they meet in the semi-final of the Telkom Knockout this weekend.
The stage is set for Bucs and Amakhosi to compete for a place in this year’s TKO Final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.

The Buccaneers have lost only once to Chiefs in their last 10 matches. The last win for Chiefs against Pirates was during their 6-5 TKO victory on penalties in 2015 after they played a 0-0 on regulation time.
In the last 10 matches between the two powerhouses of South African football, Pirates won four, Chiefs won only one, while five matches have ended in draws.
Bucs currently hold the bragging rights for the Soweto Derby after beating Chiefs 2-1 on October 27 at the FNB Stadium, as well as 3-1 in March, earlier this year.
