SuperSport United striker, Sibusiso Zuma, is back in full training, having recovered from injury, and will now focus on regaining match fitness.
Zuma, who is yet to be registered by Matsatsantsa due to the injury he sustained, was recently handed a new one-year contract by the club as they looked to repay him for his services in recent years.
Koketso Gaofetoge, the club’s Media Manager, confirmed to the Siya crew that both Zuma and Jino Moeketsi, who was struggling with an ankle problem, are now training with the rest of the team.
He said, “We didn’t pick up any new injuries during the weekend, all those guys are 100%, it’s just the same guys still out. Jino Moeketsi and Sibusiso Zuma have just started training with the team.”
The Tshwane-based outfit still find themselves at the top of the PSL, with 11 points, although it is now only on goal difference ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns, Moroka Swallows, Kaizer Chiefs and AmaZulu.
Cavin Johnson’s side’s next league game will see them take on Maritzburg United in just under a month’s time, while they face Ajax Cape Town in the Telkom Knockout on October 5.
