South Africa beat the Central African Republic (CAR) 3-0 on Saturday in a World Cup qualifier match played in Yaounde Cameroon.
Reneilwe "Yeye" Letsholonyane played a key role in the game as he broke up the CAR attack in midfield while also lending support to attack.
Despite playing so well as an individual, the Kaizer Chiefs midfielder says that it was a great team work that led to the result.
He told the Siya crew that as a team they had the fighting spirit that saw them play the way they did.
"We all played well as a team. Every player contributed to the victory. It was a team effort and I think we did well but this is just the start. We need to keep focused on the next game and that will be against Ethiopia. We played well as a team and we did well," Yeye concluded.
