Both candidates are well-known in the country’s football fraternity. Jordaan is popularly known for the important role he played when South Africa hosted Africa’s first ever World Cup in 2010.
Many believe that Jordaan is ready to become Kirsten Nematandani’s successor in leading the country’s football matters going forward.
Mazibuko is popularly known for his love of football at development level. He has been hugely involved at South African Schools Football Association and the other football development structures in the country.
With people having different opinions on the rightful candidate to lead Safa, Soccer-Laduma would like to hear your views and allow you to cast your vote in our unofficial Safa elections.
The official decision on Nematandani’s successor is expected to be made later on Saturday.
Soccer-Laduma wishes both candidates the best of luck and hopefully whoever the winner is, football will be the winner in the end.
