Sifiso Vilakazi has not had things go his own way recently, however he is looking to revive his career at Bloemfontein Celtic, where he is on trial at.
The burly striker is on the lookout for a club after being deemed surplus to requirements at AmaZulu at the end of last season. At 33, age is no longer on his side, although is confident of his ability and hopes that Clinton Larsen will snap him up and add him to the club’s roster.
The Driefontein-born player had his best spells with Free State Stars and Ajax Cape Town, and is now looking to rekindle his old form.
He told the Siya crew, “I started training earlier, at the beginning of this week, and it’s been good. I need to find a team so that people don’t forget about me and I guess that’s why I came here. I’m hopeful of getting a deal.”
