Result: South Africa 0-2 Ghana
Date: 08 March 2015
Amajita began their U20 African Youth Championship campaign with a 2-0 loss to Ghana at the Caroline Faye Stadium on Monday evening.
Ghana started like a house on fire and went ahead as early as the seventh minute, as Madisha Modjeka deflected Prosper Kassim's cross into the back of his own net.

The Black Satellites extended their lead just before the halftime break, as Benjamin Tetteh latched onto a through-ball before lobbing on the on-rushing Msibi.
Amajita's task was made even tougher two minutes after the halftime break, with Aubrey Modiba being shown a red card after receiving his second yellow for a late challenge.
Morne Nel was presented with a chance to reduce the deficit after the hour-mark but the midfielder failed beat Seidu from close range.
Thabo Senong's side posed no threat to Ghana in the remaining stages of the half, as they slumped to an opening game defeat.
