The University of Pretoria will welcome Moroka Swallows at the Tuks Stadium tonight, with a mission to get all the three points as a matter of urgency.
Tuks are sitting at position 13 after 25 games having accumulated 28 points, and are five points short to be guaranteed save from relegation worries.
Speaking to the Siya crew, Media Officer, Khatho Mbanda said, they can’t afford to slip up tonight against the Dube Birds.
“Obviously we’re experiencing a bad run for now, but we have now shifted our focus to Swallows' game tonight. We can’t afford to slip up again, it’s a must win for us. Fortunately we’re playing at home and we need to get points. We’ve been sitting on 28 points for a while now. At this time of the league we need to pick ourselves up and look for a win. We lost the last two games and we need to rectify all of that as soon as possible.
“We played Polokwane City and we were unlucky not to get points but it’s over now. We have to continue where we left off and try by all means to escape relegation. We don’t belong here and I believe the guys will come to the party. We know Swallows will also come guns blazing but it’s up to us now. On a sad note, we’ll miss Mpho Matsi and Siyabonga Shoyisa as they’re out suspended,” said Mbanda.
