Kaizer Chiefs defender, Tsepo Masilela, has travelled to Polokwane ahead of the clash with SuperSport United tomorrow, however is not guaranteed to start.
The Siya crew reported earlier today that the 29-year-old had undergone scans to assess the extent of the leg injury he sustained over the weekend as Chiefs beat Township Rollers 2-1 in the CAF Champions League, and that he could be an injury doubt for the Matsatsantsa game.
Now, according to Siya sources, the left back has been included in the Amakhosi’s matchday squad that has travelled to Polokwane for tomorrow’s clash, however it remains to be seen whether he will be deemed fit enough to start.
Baxter will be hoping that the full back is available, especially given that Masilela has played every minute of the Glamour Boys’ 2014/15 season to date.
Chiefs currently have the best defence in the Absa Premiership, conceding just eight goals in the 19 league games so far.
