Ajax Cape Town confirmed that their utility player, Erwin Isaacs, has put pen to paper on a new deal at the club.
The 30-year-old’s contract was set to come to an end on June 30, however, Ajax acted quickly to ensure that their utility player will remain at the club beyond the current 2016/17 season.
Ajax confirmed on their official Twitter account that Isaacs has put pen to paper on a new two-year deal.
The club confirmed the signing of Platinum Stars’ Isaac Nhlapo yesterday after the defender signed a pre-contract with Ajax in January.
This news comes following the signing of the NFD’s top goal-scorer, Sedwyn George from Black Leopards.
Now, it remains to be seen whether the club will make any more signings ahead of the July/August transfer window as they prepare to bolster their squad for the new 2017/18 season.
