Sukazi Leaves Khuzwayo And Co In Trusted Hands

Football agent, Tim Sukazi has confirmed that he has left his players in trusted hands.

Sukazi confirmed to Soccer Laduma earlier this week that he will be stepping down from his role as a football representative in order to avoid potential conflict, following his purchase of Cape Town All Stars’ NFD status.

Sukazi, who owns Quality Talent Sports, represents a number of players in the Premier Soccer League, including the likes of Brilliant Khuzwayo and Lebohang Maboe. However, he will no longer be continuing his role as a football agent but confirmed to the crew that he has left these players in trusted hands.

“For reasons of potential conflict, I’ll indeed step down in my personal involvement as a football agent. I started training good people at our agency, Quality Talent Sports, in anticipation of this step some two years ago. I have confidence in them and have no doubt that they will take the brand forward from where I would have left it off. In any event, it was going to be humanly impossible for me to be involved in both roles as running a club at a professional level is very demanding,” he told the Siya crew.

One of QT Sports’ players, Khuzwayo is currently hot property in Mzansi’s top flight, as his exit from Kaizer Chiefs will become official on June 30. The goalkeeper has been strongly linked with a move to Orlando Pirates, while Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City are believed to be keen on the player.

Sukazi was believed to be in negotiations to find Khuzwayo’s next footballing home, however, after stepping down, the player is set to be represented by someone else in the company, although there is no doubt that finding the best deal for the KwaZulu-Natal-born shot-stopper will remain a priority.
