Orlando Pirates winger, Thabo Qalinge has discussed his game time at the club, saying that his teammates motivated him to work harder in order to see more time on the pitch.
The 24-year-old, who joined the Soweto giants from Mpumalanga Black Aces in July 2014, only saw his first minutes of league action this season at the beginning of November, but says that his teammates helped him to stay motivated at the time when he was warming the Pirates bench.
"My teammates have played a major role,” he said. “They had hope in me and they gave me hope as well.”
'Section10', who has now played in five of his club’s last six matches, added that he doesn’t regret his decision to leave AmaZayoni for the Buccaneers.
“I don’t think I made the wrong move when I joined the team. I knew I had to fight for my place and that's what I have been doing and now I am getting some game time."
