The Siya crew understands that Orlando Pirates midfielder, Thabo Qalinge is still struggling to find his feet at the Soweto giants, this despite being with the club for nearly eight months.
'Section 10' joined the Buccaneers from Mpumalanga Black Aces last year in July following months of speculation as to which Soweto club he would pen a deal with as Bucs' rivals, Kaizer Chiefs were also vying for the 23-year-old's signature.
Brought in to add depth in the wide areas, especially in light of Tlou Segolela’s dip in form and indications of an exit, Qalinge has battled to live up to the promise and potential he displayed for Clive Barker’s men.
The Siya crew have been informed that the Bucs technical staff have been tasked with inspiring the gifted midfielder to reach his full potential as a player and deliver on the expectation which urged Pirates to sign him in the first place.
Since the departure of wingers, Tlou Segolela and Daine Klate from the Parktown-based club, Section 10 has been expected to take of the mantle as one of the main wide-men for the club, however it has been MultiChoice Diski star, Thabo Rakhale who has called upon by Bucs mentor, Eric Tinkler.
