AmaZulu goalkeeper, Tapuwa Kapini, has confirmed to the Siya crew that he will soon know if his neck injury will require an operation to heal or not.
The Zimbabwean is struggling to recover from an injury he picked up in the league game against Mamelodi Sundowns about a month ago.
“I will be going back to the doctor on Monday. I will know everything after seeing the doctor. I am still wearing a neck brace. The doctor told me the last time I went for a scan that I may need an operation if I don’t recover on time. But if I do recover it will be okay. Like I say, I will know everything on Monday,” said Kapini.
Philani Zikalala and Aubrey Mathibe are available to do the job for Usuthu in Kapini’s absence.
