Swansea To Send U19 Team To Metropolitan Cup

Soccer Laduma has learnt that English Premier League side Swansea City will be sending an u19 team to the 27th edition of the Metropolitan Under-19 Premier Cup in Cape Town this Easter.
The news was announced at a press conference at the Clock Tower at the Waterfront on Monday night.
Some of South Africa’s best clubs will be sending teams to the competition, and now they will also get to test their skills against some of the brightest talent from the English Premier League club.
Last year Ajax Cape Town beat Mamelodi Sundowns to win the title for the sixth time.
The draw for the tournament, which will be held over Easter weekend at Erica Park, was also made on Monday.
