Moroka Swallows are looking to add to their ranks significantly in the new season, with Black Leopards captain Mongezi Bobe said to be one of their targets.
The 32-year-old has been a key player for Lidoda Duvha over their past two seasons in the PSL, almost single-handedly keeping them in the division in their 2011/12 campaign, but he could do nothing to save them this time around.
Now, with his current side bound for the NFD, it is believed that the Dube Birds may look to add the combative midfielder to their ranks for the 2013/14 season following the loss of Bennett Chenene and David Mathebula to SuperSport United.
The Leopards skipper has been a loyal servant to the club over the years and because of that, it is believed they won’t stand in his way should a reasonable offer for his services come their way.
Bobe missed just seven games for the Limpopo-based side in the PSL this season, and was nominated for the CAF African-based African Player of the Year last season.
