Chiefs Crunch Game Moved, Dreams In The Balance

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that their fixture with SuperSport United this month has been moved, a fixture that could make or break their title ambitions.
The Glamour Boys face Maritzburg United this weekend in the Absa Premiership on the back of an important 3-2 win over Highlands Park, but still find themselves eight points adrift of the league summit.
With SuperSport currently three points and one place above them in the league, next weekend’s clash could play a pivotal role on whether either side remains a challenger.
While the game was originally due to be played at 15h00 on March 16, it has now been confirmed that it will instead be played at 20h00 the night before (Friday) though remains at Mbombela Stadium.
This weekend, with Chiefs v Maritzburg and SuperSport v Free State Stars, both clubs could aid their chances at challenging, though arguably the encounter between the two will be the more crucial given their positions on the log.
