SuperSport United are believed to have come to a verbal agreement with Mamelodi Sundowns regarding the transfer of Mario Booysen.
Booysen spent the latter half of the 2015/16 Absa Premiership season on loan with Matsatsantsa after being deemed surplus to requirements at Chloorkop, and went on to help the Pretoria outfit lift the Nedbank Cup title last month.
The Siya crew has previously reported that SuperSport were interested in landing the central defender on a permanent basis once his loan expires, and it appears they are now drawing closer to a deal.
According to Siya sources, SuperSport have verbally agreed on the terms of the 27-year-old's deal, but nothing is confirmed as yet.
Sundowns are thought to be eager to make some changes to their squad in the current transfer window as they look towards the 2016/17 campaign, with a number of players being linked with exits and entries at the club.
