SuperSport United will be without full-back, Aupa Moeketsi, for Wednesday night’s game against Kaizer Chiefs.
The 19-year-old was sent off for a dangerous tackle on Ronald Ketjijere during Matsatsantsa’s 1-0 win over University of Pretoria.
At the time, Moeketsi was one of three teenagers on the field for SuperSport alongside Brandon Dean and Clement Mazibuko, and with Moeketsi out, Dean could once again be selected at left back, with new signing, Thato Mokeke, being asked to deputise on the other side.
Davis Nkausu, the club’s former right back, could have come in for Moeketsi if he hadn’t recently joined Bloemfontein Celtic, while David Mathebula and Thuso Phala could be set to make their respective returns from injury.
Cavin Johnson will be hoping that his team can follow up their win over Tuks with three more points, consequently closing the gap on the league leaders in the process.
