Downs’ Tau Heaps Praise On Pitso
Sundowns Star Heaps Praise On Mosimane
Mamelodi Sundowns’ Percy Tau has heaped praise on his coach, Pitso Mosimane, for the role he plays in improving them in their careers.
As one of the influential and consistent players from Mosimane’s current squad, Tau is already being tipped for top individual accolades from both at his club and in the league.
Tau has played in all of Downs’ 20 matches in their Absa Premiership campaign this season, amassing a whopping 19 starts, and only one substitute appearance.
The 23-year-old has scored seven goals so far in the current campaign. Against Cape Town All Stars in the most recent match for Sundowns, which was in the Nedbank Cup last Friday, Tau was the scorer of the all-important goal that sent the Chloorkop outfit to the Last 16 of the prestigious competition.
On Soccer Laduma Radio’s Big Interview, Tau has acknowledged the important role being played by Mosimane in his rise to stardom.

“He is very passionate about the game but at the same time we enjoy his demands because he makes a lot of the players become better.
“He is always in demand of more, so he always keeps us on our toes. And it’s a treasure to have a coach like that, it special to have him around with us,” said the young star.
