With the transfer window officially opening less than a week from now, the PSL’s clubs have planned the restructuring their squads for the next season, even though there haven’t been many deals that have been officially completed. Benni To Try And Lure Pienaar To City?

Cape Town City is reportedly interested in the services of former Bafana Bafana captain Steven Pienaar and newly appointed coach, Benni McCarthy could be key to the deal having played alongside the Sunderland player who is set to become a free agent on 1 July.

Wits Cling To Chiefs & Pirates Target

With Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs said to be interested in Bidvest Wits’ Jabulani Shongwe, an official at his current employers have confirmed that he still has a year left on his contract, despite his agent's suggestions that he will become a free agent soon, which means that any club interested in his services will have to agree to a deal with Wits themselves before he is allowed to leave the club.

Sundowns Running Out Of Time With Teko, 6 Days Left

Mamelodi Sundowns are yet to decide on whether 34-year-old midfielder Teko Modise is in the club’s plans for the 2017/18 season and are now left with just a few days to exercise the option on his contract.
