Kaizer Chiefs head coach, Stuart Baxter, told the club’s official website his declaration of intent moving on towards the end of the Absa Premiership season.
“It is time for three points from now till the last game. Every game will be a challenge. We have to go through all the games and we have to keep focused with the ABSA Premiership, Nedbank Cup and CAF Confed coming up”, Baxter told www.kaizerchiefs.com.
“We have to be fresh in a short space of time. We will keep rotating the team , at the same time trying to avoid loss of momentum and continuity.”
Baxter also addressed some of the injury concerns going ahead of their away PSL encounter with Polokwane City tonight.
“With the games coming in thick and fast, it is not easy to conclude on injuries. Moleko is definitely ruled out of this trip. We will continue to monitor Musona and one or two other players. We should be ready for a win," added the Chiefs mentor.
“Polokwane City are a good side and they clocked up some good results recently as they battle relegation. They will be competitive, " concluded Baxter.
The two teams will meet at the Peter Mokaba Stadium at 19:30 tonight.
