Wits will hope to get a second successive league win under their belts when Ajax Cape Town visit the Bidvest Stadium on Friday night.
The Clever Boys have had a mixed start to the season with a goalless draw away to Platinum Stars on the opening day followed by their first win of the campaign with a 1-0 home victory over Golden Arrows.
Wits, however, will be confident of facing an Ajax team who have yet to win a game this season and are languishing in 12th place after an opening day draw with Arrows, coupled with their first loss of the season when going down 2-1 at home to AmaZulu.
The Urban Warriors have added experience to their young squad; bringing in Nathan Paulse, Franklin Cale, Anssi Jaakkola, Rituhttp://soccerladuma.co.za/cms/news/adds Krjauklis, Eleazar Rogers, Stelio Ernesto and Dominic Isaacs.
While new Wits coach Gavin Hunt has made a few high profile signings such as Moeneeb Josephs, Musa Bilankulu, Benjani Mwaruwari and Matthew Booth.
