Starting XI: Swaziland v Bafana

International Friendly

Teams: Swaziland v South Africa

Date: 15 November 2013

Venue: Somhlolo Stadium

Bafana Bafana take on on Swaziland in a friendly international that is being used by coach Gordon Igesund as preparation for next year's CHAN competition.

While most of the South Africans will be familiar to the Swazi side, not much is known about the Sihlangu team coached by Harries Bulunga.

The squad is made up entirely of players that are based locally in South Africa, and originally featured nine players from the Orlando Pirates team that were runners-up in the CAF Champions League, but winger Daine Klate withdrew this week due to a knee injury.

This will be the fourth time the two nations meet, but the first time in Swaziland. All three previous encounters have been won by Bafana, but the last time the two countries met was almost seven years ago.

South Africa won 2-0 in 2000, 4-1 in 2002 and 1-0 in 2006.

The match will played at Somhlolo Stadium, which has an artificial pitch.

Tsepo Masilela will not start tonight, after going down with a groin injury on Thursday night.

Rooi Mahamutsa, who is in the starting line-up, makes a return to Bafana for the first time in four years. He last played against Mozambique in 2009.

This is how they line-up:

Swaziland: Nhlanhla Gwebu, Tony Tsabedze, Sifiso Maseko, Sanele Mkhweli, Sifiso Mabila, Machawe Dlamini, Bheki Dlamini, Darren Christie, Sabelo Ndzinisa, Nkosi Tsabedze, Felix Badenhorst

South Africa: Senzo Meyiwa, Happy Jele, Thabo Nthethe, Rooi Mahamutsa, Thabo Matlaba, Andile Jali Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Siphiwe Tshabalala, Lerato Chabangu, Bernard Parker, Kermit Erasmus
