Teams: Morocco v Bafana
Date: 11 October 2013
Venue: Stade d'Agadir
Bafana Bafana coach Gordon Igesund has given some foreign-based players the nod ahead of their clash with Morocco on Friday night.
Doncaster Rovers Duo Bongani Khumalo and Dean Furman retain their place in the starting XI, while Russia-based Siyanda Xulu partners the former in the centre of defence.
Furman will play alongside Wits midfielder Sibusiso Vilakazi while Daylon Claasen, who currently turns out for Polish club Lech Poznan, as well as Lerato Chabangu will bomb down the flanks.
Upfront, Bernard Parker will slot in just ahead of the central midfielders, but behind Bournemouth striker Tokelo Rantie.
After South Africa's failure to qualify for the last round of 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Igesund will be looking for a boost to morale in the camp.
The Atlas Lions will not be easy opposition though, with their last meeting having come in the Africa Cup of Nations where they played out a 2-2 draw.
This is how they line up:
Morocco: Amsif, Benatia, El Adoua, Feddal, Noussair, Bergdich, Abbadi, Belhanda, Barrada, El Kaddouri, El Arabi
Bafana: Itumeleng Khune, Anele Ngcongca, Bongani Khumalo, Siyanda Xulu, Tsepo Masilela, Daylon Claasen, Dean Furman, Sibusiso Vilakazi, Lerato Chabangu, Bernard Parker, Tokelo Rantie.
