Mali and Zimbabwe lock horns in their African Nations Championships quarterfinal encounter at the Cape Town Stadium, with both sides looking to reach their first-ever CHAN semifinal.
Zimbabwe secured their passage into the quarterfinals after finishing as runners-up in Group B, level on points with group winners Morocco.
The Warriors only scored one goal during the group stages, that goal came in their win over Burkina Faso courtesy of Masimba Mambare.
However, Zimbabwe do have the meanest defence in the competition, Ian Gorowa's men are yet to concede a goal in the tournament.
Much like Zimbabwe, Mali are also looking to qualify for the semifinals for the first time in their history, The Eagles are one the top scoring nations at CHAN, having scored five goals during the group stages.
Mali finished as winners of Group A with a total of seven points, Having beaten Nigeria and Mozambique , while drawing to hosts South Africa.
