Clive Barker makes his return to the ABSA Premiership as he will guide Wits for the first time away to Black Leopards.
Barker last featured in the South African top-flight as a full-time coach when he was with AmaZulu back in the 2008/09 season.
The former Bafana Bafana mentor was roped in as a replacement for Antonio Lopez Habas, and will be hoping to move the Students up from ninth place.
Former Bafana defender Thapelo Tshilo is in line to make his debut for the Clever Boys after joining the side from Jomo Cosmos in the January transfer window.
Leopards will also resume their campaign under new management, with Abel Makhubele coming in as caretaker coach for the remainder of the season.
Lidoda Duvha are currently in 12th place on the league table and have no reported concerns ahead of the clash.
