Lidoda Duvha need all three points as well as other results to go their way if they want to avoid automatic relegation from the Premier Soccer League.
Ea Lla Koto will not be rolling over though as they hope to finish in the top eight. This means that they will be eying a hefty victory as they look to move up from ninth place.
Stars played out a 2-2 draw against derby rivals Bloemfontein Celtic in their last outing while Leopards were hammered 4-1 by Orlando Pirates.
In the first round meeting between the two sides earlier this season, Stars emerged as the winners by two goals to one.
