2014 World Cup qualifer
Teams: Ethiopia v Bafana
Date: 16 June 2013
Venue: Addis Ababa Stadium
Bafana Bafana coach Gordon Igesund has made slight changes to his side for their crunch 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier away to Ethiopia on Sunday.
Striker Tokelo Rantie misses out as May Mahlangu is dropped into a three-man midfield, with Dean Furman and Reneilwe Letsholonyane tasked with holding the fort.
The only other change comes at the back where dead-ball specialist Ricardo Nunes is replaced by Tebogo Langerman.
Igesund will be hoping that Siphiwe Tshabalala can replicate his Man of the Match performance achieved in their 3-0 win over Central African Republic, while he has kept his faith in Bernard Parker upfront.
Thabo Nthethe and Eric Mathoho were solid in defence against CAR as they restericted their opponents to mostly long-range strikes in their last outing.
A victory for Bafana in Ethiopia will allow them to move to the top of Group A ahead of the final game of the qualifying round - where they face Botswana.
This is how they line up:
Bafana: Itumeleng Khune, Anele Ngcongca, Eric Mathoho, Thabo Nthethe, Tebogo Langerman, Thuso Phala, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, May Mahlangu, Dean Furman, Siphiwe Tshabalala, Bernard Parker.
