Free State Stars goalkeeper Tshepo Motsoeneng and teammate Noah Chivuta are facing uncertain futures with the side, with the duo’s contracts at the club approaching their expiry date.
The club is yet to offer them new deals. Chivuta has spent the last month in camp with the Zambian national team, while Motsoeneng is with the Ea Lla Koto team in the Free State, in preparation for second half of the season.
Motsoeneng joined the side at the beginning of the season, having left Santos at the end of the 2011/12 campaign. The 33-year-old shot stopper has been used mainly as cover for Kennedy Mweene this campaign.
Chivuta has made a number of appearances for the team this season, although mainly as a substitute. The Bethlehem-based side has not yet confirmed if the players' contracts will be renewed.
The club may see the two players leave at the end of the season, should they delay their negotiations to extend their deals.
