Platinum Stars are expected to release Lebo Ramolesa from the club, after failing to find himself a new club.
The former Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder was asked to find a team that he could see out the season with, however the player’s failure to sign with any of the clubs, either in the PSL or in the NFD, could finally see him handed his clearance and leave the Phokeng-based outfit.
“It’s a possibility, they are talking about it. The player may be allowed to leave. I think the only problem now is that he is still contracted to the club, and that they are discussing money issues,” a source in the know revealed.
Ramolesa spent time training at Free State Stars during the first half of the season and was recently linked with a move to Dynamos in the NFD.
With Stars having already released Joseph Molangoane to AmaZulu, on a six-month loan deal, Ramolesa is expected to be the next player to be shown the exit door.
