Despite the game only taking place in just over three weeks time, tickets for the Soweto derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates on October 26 are reportedly already on sale. Tickets for the hotly-contested encounter are available at Computicket and Shoprite/Checkers outlets nationwide.
The previous derby encounter was one of the most passionate and physical encounters seen between the two clubs in recent times. The game was drawn 1-1, however Pirates won the two-legged semi-final encounter 2-1 on aggregate.
Nonetheless, the derby later this month promises to be another cracker with Chiefs arguably wanting to exact revenge.
Chiefs captain, Itumeleng Khune, believes that beating Pirates is a realistic possibility as Bucs' squad hasn't changed much from the side that played last season.
He told Soccer-Laduma in edition 841, "They kept the core of the team they had last season. There is no big difference at all."
